We are each other’s rocks and my need to succeed is inspired by them.” she adds.

“I make disc’s,” she says, “all kinds of them. They are a part of everybody’s life. We use them when we listen to music; when we load software onto our computers; when we want to learn a different language or skill; when we watch DVD’s on our televisions. Heck, we can even use them to distribute information about our business and drive traffic to our websites – a digital brochure with ‘punch’ - all from a disc.”

“I’m not saying it’s easy,” she continues. “This is a male-dominated industry and being the only woman in North America who owns and operates a reproduction facility like this holds its own challenges.

Entrepreneurs need to learn from their mistakes. Take a hard look when things are not working and re-approach them in a different way. We need to re-think, re-adjust, and re-approach all the time. In business we must be able to shift, change gears and move forward. Don’t be afraid of change, business is driven by it – that’s where growth lives.”
